Brian McCauley, Vice President of Salisbury Assessment Solutions, Honeywell
Brian McCauley is the Business Leader for Salisbury Assessment Solutions, which is a division of Honeywell Industrial Safety. In this role, Brian oversees an emerging business in an emerging market as more and more customers seek solutions to NFPA 70E compliance for their electrical safety needs. Salisbury was acquired by Honeywell in 2008, and Brian was a major part of the integration. Honeywell Salisbury™ continues to be the industry leader in electrical personal protective equipment and services globally and consists of about 450 total employees and two factories in the United States.
Brian has been with Honeywell Salisbury™ for 13 years and began his career with Salisbury as a regional sales manager. Although originally from Texas he relocated to Chicago, IL in 2008 to lead the marketing department. Brian then moved back to Texas in 2013 after taking over the Salisbury Assessment Solutions business. Over the last 13 years, he has seen a major change in the electrical market regarding compliance needs for electrical safety. Brian feels each and every day that Salisbury’s products and services are helping to make a difference in the lives of electrical workers all around the world. He has presented for many Fortune 500 companies and has been a speaker at conferences like ASSE and NSC. He is also an active member of USMA, Utility Supply Management Alliance, where he is currently serving as vice president for the committee. Brian and Salisbury play a very active role with OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, IEEE, IEC and many other organizations within the electrical safety industry.
Brian resides with his wife Laura and their 2 daughters in Frisco, TX, just outside of Dallas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Tech University (1998) and completed his MBA in management from North Central College in Illinois (2013).
