“There was a new warehouse being opened during COVID-19. Angelica went through hurdles to ensure execution of all the safety requirements to make sure patients could be treated and doctors had their necessary PPE. Monitoring equipment had to be installed and there were travel restrictions from programmers, so she spent several hours and weeks on calls with support via FaceTime and educating herself on the technology to have it safely and properly installed and programmed.”
