OSHA 150px

Washington – Employers required to keep and maintain an OSHA 300 injury and illness log must publicly post their 300A summary sheet beginning on Feb. 1.

Form 300A summarizes work-related injuries and illnesses recorded in 2015. The summary is required to remain posted through April 30, in a conspicuous area where employee notices are customarily placed.

The company that I work for was established in October of 2016. They only worked 3645 hours for last year and only had 8 employees at the time. We did not have any type of injuries , recordable or near miss. Do I still need to display the OSHA 300 Log Form.
