It’s February: Have you posted your injury and illness summary?

OSHA form -- Nov13

Washington – Employers required to keep and maintain an OSHA 300 injury and illness log must publicly post their 300A summary sheet from Feb. 1 to April 30. Form 300A summarizes work-related injuries and illnesses recorded in 2016. OSHA states that the summary must be posted in a conspicuous area where employee notices are customarily placed.

We are a furniture store with 7 locations and one corporate office. We do not have many injuries. Every year we post the LOG at all locations but I am not certain that we should because of the nature of our business. Where can I confirm if we re required to post or not? Thanks.
