International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA)
The International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), headquartered in Arlington, VA, has named Charles D. Johnson its new president. Johnson will succeed Daniel K. Shipp, who retires this year after serving as the association’s president since 1993. Johnson most recently served as the vice president of policy for the Aluminum Association, acting as strategic advisor to the industry and advancing the aluminum industry’s interests in Washington and abroad. His responsibilities included federal affairs, environmental regulation, occupational health and safety, community and consumer protection, international regulation, and sustainability.
