On his own initiative, he voluntarily researched, designed, drafted and implemented a new safety management system after identifying gaps and deficiencies in the previous system. After several years of implementation, the customized program is much more practical and user friendly. Of special note, he developed an online training portal for employee safety training so that all employees have access to the required and necessary training material. He personally provided safety training on a variety of topics, including confined space entry and air monitoring equipment.”
