I have a concern for current/future employees. If employee brings concern of missing required component to 4managers, nothing's done about it, months go by, employee sustains multiple injuries, now companys insurance uses my injuries to blame third party for their negligence, now if the required training according to OSHA regulations were giving, injuries would have been prevented. If industrial Oven doesn't get the correct cleaning procedures or a routine Safety Maintenance cleaning inspection, it will happen again. A small part caused alot if damage's. It doesn't have to happen to current/future employees. This Corporation operates the same Oven nationwide. A nationwide Safety Maintenance Inspection must be performed on all 3500 locations preventing other work injuries in the future. Not one of the 4 managers show any concern when brought to their attention. Here I am again making it known and I can't get anybody's attention to this nationwide concern. Respect, Inspect, and Correct. Enforce a Safe and Healthy workplace. Corporations shouldn't post it, and not actually provide it. Inspect it and Correct it. Safety is a daily maintenance to everyone's lives. It should be given a priority check up and applied in our daily lives. It's time to upgrade our Safety procedures in the workplace. There is no more room under the rug, all of the dirt under it is starting to slowly come out, time to give a Safety worldwide clean up.
