Wooster Products, a Wooster, OH-based manufacturer of anti-slip safety stair treads and walkway products, has added Matt Gray to its team as research and development, quality control manager. Gray has extensive experience in synthetic materials chemistry and powder diffraction. He will lead the effort to improve existing products within the Wooster Products family and develop new ones to address customer needs. As head of quality control, he’ll oversee testing to verify products meet the company’s strict guidelines and regulatory requirements.
