Whistleblower Protection Program: OSHA public meeting set for Oct. 19
Washington — OSHA will host a public meeting to hear comments and suggestions on issues related to the agency’s Whistleblower Protection Program.
The meeting is slated for 1 p.m. Eastern on Oct. 19 and will take place virtually and via telephone. OSHA is particularly interesting in feedback regarding how it can assist in explaining whistleblower laws to employers and employees, as well as how it can provide better customer service to whistleblowers.
Anyone interested in attending the meeting – the 10th in a series to gather public input on the program – must register by Oct. 12. The deadline to comment is Nov. 2.
