New report spotlights legislative actions on workers’ comp

Boca Raton, FL — The National Council on Compensation Insurance has released a new report detailing court cases and decisions that may affect workers’ comp.
The Countrywide Court Case Update provides updates on cases previously introduced as well as presents new cases and decisions in the following areas:
- COVID-19
- Exclusive remedy
- Developments in marijuana
- Employee vs. independent contractor
- Other federal and state development by geographic zone
