Federal worker advisory committee sets next meeting
Washington — OSHA’s Federal Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health has scheduled a virtual meeting for Oct. 19.
According to a notice published on Sept. 26, the meeting is slated for 1 p.m. Eastern. The tentative agenda:
- An update from FACOSH’s subcommittee on identification of best practices and lessons learned
- A presentation on new construction safety helmets
- OSHA’s regulatory updates
- Better using/sharing federal agency reports/annual report to the president
FACOSH advises the labor secretary on workplace safety and health for federal employees.
