OSHA seeking comment on GHS in advance of UN meeting
Washington — OSHA is accepting comments ahead of the 47th session of the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals.
According to a notice published Nov. 18, OSHA is soliciting public input on U.S. government positions regarding proposals submitted by member countries until Dec. 4.
The 47th session is scheduled for Dec. 4-6 in Geneva, Switzerland. A tentative agenda is available on the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Transport Division website.
