Marshall is the product manager for fume extraction products – including all mobile, stationary and centralized systems – at Miller. He works directly with welders and Miller engineers to identify end-user needs and develop innovative solutions that address and meet those needs.

Kay Rowntree , Owner, Industrial Hygiene Sciences, LLC
Kay Rowntree is the owner of Industrial Hygiene Sciences LLC, an industrial hygiene consulting firm in Waterford, WI. She has over 45 years of experience in the field of industrial hygiene, conducting air and noise exposure assessments, helping employers comply with OSHA regulations and preparing Safety Data Sheets. She is certified by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene. She holds a B.S. degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.S. degree in Environmental Health-Industrial Hygiene specialty from the University of Minnesota.

Tara Broughton Tara Broughton, Safety Solutions Manager, QSSP, Miller Electric
Tara Broughton has spent over 15 years in the industrial safety industry, teaching OSHA regulations and safety requirements in the metal working sector. She has been with Miller Industrial for three years, teaching and training welders in the Southeast and Midsouth regions on the importance of fume awareness and management.
