Washington – Nominations for OSHA’s Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee are being accepted until May 18 to fill six membership positions that will become vacant later this year.

The vacancies include two representatives for management, two for labor, and one each for the public and the State Plan states. Each member would serve a two-year term, beginning Dec. 1.

The 12-member committee advises the secretary of labor and OSHA administrator on ways to improve the agency’s whistleblower protection activities.
