Laura Pfeifer “Laura streamlined the Safety Review Board process to make it easier for the board to review the incidents and make quarterly determinations. She follows trends and coordinates with the board, employees, their supervisors, managers, department heads and risk management. Laura coordinates the Safety Committees and has a great, open relationship, and enables open dialogue. Laura implemented the online Hazardous Communication Safety Data Sheet system and trained the supervisors and employees, including fire department representatives.” |
