“To improve emergency handling capacities, Hamza showed extraordinary leadership skills. Initially he engaged government authorities to evaluate firefighting and toxic release handling capacity. He then led the team that was assigned to develop the emergency response manual. This was followed by training and validation of all fire wardens and the emergency response team. Later, he collaborated with national disaster management authorities to arrange an industrial disaster handling mock drill.”
