This has resulted in the creation of a citywide Safety Culture Subcommittee within WorkSafe Atlanta. In addition, Ben is creating statistical analyses for safety metrics and developing predictive analysis methods to help focus the city’s safety efforts within specific departments and for specific injury types. This information is being used to drive decision-making on training and safety controls.
