NIOSH mine committee to meet June 2
Washington — NIOSH’s Mine Safety and Health Research Advisory Committee is scheduled to meet June 2 via Zoom web conference.
According to a notice published in the May 1 Federal Register, the meeting is set for 10 a.m. Eastern and is limited to 500 conference lines. Items on the meeting agenda include updates from the NIOSH associate director for mining and an MSHRAC health advisory workgroup, as well as discussions on mining safety and health research products and outcomes.
The meeting is the committee’s first since Nov. 13-14, according to a meeting minutes log posted on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
