Mass notification software
Integrated Public Alert and Warning System mass notification functionality is now available among InformaCast Fusion and InformaCast Mobile software offerings. IPAWS provides public safety officials with an effective way to alert and warn the public about serious emergencies. This new functionality uses the Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alerts to broadcast messages. InformaCast uses the IPAWS to send alerts to WEA, which can reach any cellphone within a geographic area, and the EAS, which allows users to set a screen crawl across TV screens for local TV stations.
