For over 40 years, ThermOmegaTech has been a leader in designing and manufacturing thermostatic temperature control valves and actuators. We provide innovative solutions for a wide range of industrial applications where temperature control is critical. Our safety product line comprises tepid water delivery systems, washdown stations, and freeze and scald protection valves.

We offer a range of washdown station options to fit into any facility’s maintenance procedures. The STVM Washdown Station mixes steam and water to produce a high-temperature wash at a user-defined temperature. Designed to be in-line serviceable with a removable cartridge, the STVM reduces production line downtime during regularly scheduled maintenance. We also offer a hot/cold water mixing washdown station for facilities without an available steam source.

Founded in 1983, ThermOmegaTech is a vertically integrated company – designing, machining, assembling and testing/inspecting over 95% of our products onsite, allowing us to communicate quickly and efficiently through every step of the production cycle.
