NTSB to host forum on transportation safety culture
Washington – The importance of safety culture in the transportation industry is the subject of a National Transportation Safety Board forum slated for Sept. 10-11 in Washington.
According to NTSB, regulators, researchers and leaders from transportation and non-transportation industries will discuss advances in safety culture research and the roles and methods for developing effective safety cultures. The forum, scheduled to be led by board Chairman Deborah Hersman, is open to the public and can be viewed via webcast.
