NACOSH to meet in February
Washington – The National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health is scheduled to meet Feb. 11-12 in Washington.
Announced Jan. 15 by OSHA, the meeting’s tentative agenda includes remarks from OSHA administrator David Michaels and NIOSH Director John Howard, as well as work group reports and consideration of work group recommendations.
The full committee is scheduled to meet Feb. 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a work group meeting will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on Feb. 11.
Comments or requests to speak at the meeting are due Feb. 4.
NACOSH is a 12-person committee that advises the secretaries of labor and health and human services on occupational safety and health issues.
