OSHA issues ladder fall prevention booklet
Washington – OSHA recently published a bilingual booklet to educate workers about safe ladder use.
Falling Off Ladders Can Kill: Use Them Safely (.pdf file) describes – in English and Spanish – safe and unsafe ladder behavior.
The booklet was developed with the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Council and the Ministry of Manpower, and is part of OSHA’s ongoing campaign to prevent fatal construction falls.
