Because of the government shutdown, Safety+Health’s annual article on the top 10 for fiscal year 2013 had to use preliminary data.
I’ve since been in touch with OSHA officials, and this week I am providing additional details. Earlier in the week, I shared an updated overall list that included top sections cited, and yesterday I revealed the top 10 serious violations for FY 2013.
Rounding out my OSHA Top 10 update is a list of the top 10 willful violations of 2013:
