Rachel’s topics of expertise include HazCom, hearing conservation, training requirements, bloodborne pathogens and emergency action plans.

Mishka joined J. J. Keller in 2022 as an advisor on the environmental, health and safety publishing team. With eight years of experience in the environmental compliance field, she specializes in the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and spill prevention plans. Mishka has significant experience in the areas of project management, determining permitting mechanisms and coordination with regulatory agencies. She holds a bachelor’s from Florida International University and is working toward her master’s in environmental resource management.
