Sept. 1 is the official halfway point of hurricane season, which is traditionally when storm activity peaks in the Atlantic Ocean. In April, forecasters predicted that 2022 would be 30% to 35% more active than the average hurricane season, yet we’ve seen little activity thus far. So the obvious question is: Could the United States experience an entire season’s worth of storms over the next three months?
Join AlertMedia’s in-house senior meteorologist Jason Moreland and Vice President of Global Intelligence Sara Pratley, who will answer your questions on how to adequately prepare for and respond to a hurricane. From detailed forecast predictions to best practices for communicating with a dispersed workforce, Jason and Sara will provide expert advice that could save you valuable time, minimize impact and protect your people throughout all stages of a hurricane.
