State plan reports
On Sept. 28, 2010, OSHA released reports evaluating state-run occupational safety and health programs for fiscal year 2009. Click on a state to read its Enhanced Federal Annual Monitoring and Evaluation report, state comments on the report, findings and recommendations, state enforcement data, and its State OSHA Annual Report.
Editor’s note: Illinois was approved for State Plan status in September 2009 and does not have a report; the link goes to the state’s development plan. Nevada received a special report in October 2009, and did not receive a separate EFAME report.
