New GDL report aims to reduce teen driver crashes

The National Safety Council and the Traffic Injury Research Foundation have released a new report on Graduated Driver Licensing. A New GDL Framework: Evidence Base to Integrate Novice Driver Strategies outlines a framework for reducing teen driver crashes. It also includes strategies based on expert opinion and evidence-based initiatives, and identifies areas where more research is needed.
