David Hunyar “David simply loves safety, and wants nothing more than to share his passion. His motto is ‘Don’t make people safe, make safe people.’ Not wanting someone to follow the rules because they have to, he wants them to believe that what they’re doing is right. He focuses on building relationships, making safety personal, training and finding the best solution to ‘why.’ He won’t allow any changes without buy-in from everyone. He embodies the concept ‘servant leader,’ and works to understand everyone’s point of view. The relationships built and trust gained from everyone has resulted in even the most resistant individuals saying, ‘If David says it, it must be the best way.’” |
