Adam McCrary “Campus Dining has historically been one of the largest contributors to injuries and illnesses on campus due to the size of the department and required manual labor. Since Adam’s assignment in 2011, multiple initiatives have been implemented with the goal of reducing workplace injuries and illnesses. Food establishment safety audits, standard operating procedures, Safety Data Sheet management, occupational safety programs, documented safety training, and incident investigations have been created or improved to support Campus Dining Services goal of providing a safe and positive work environment.” |
