Marcus Odorizzi “One day, the City of Rockville crews, which Marcus oversees, responded to a jobsite requiring the excavation of a broken sewer. While at the jobsite, Marcus discovered a 13-foot excavation where the crews had found the lateral line, which required replacement. Realizing his employer did not have the proper trench shoring equipment to perform the repair, Marcus convinced management to outsource the work to a competent and qualified firm with the capabilities to perform the job safely and compliantly.” |
