“Shortly after arriving at Easton Coach, Lev partnered with the Risk and Claims department and spearheaded an initiative that transformed the way Easton Coach processed safety incidents, specifically vehicle collisions with Easton’s para-transit vehicles and motor coaches. Prior to Lev’s initiative, each of the company’s nine locations handled incidents in a different way, which led to some confusion and delay as the information was passed to senior leadership and the claims department. Lev standardized the reporting process, created easy-to-use reporting tools from scratch, and engaged the company’s nine safety managers to ensure they understood the importance of following the new procedures.”
