Seeking input: MSHA to host webinar on improving website features, data retrieval system
Washington – The Mine Safety and Health Administration will be gathering suggestions and comments on planned improvements to the Mine Data Retrieval System, as well as its new search page for health and safety materials, as part of a public webinar scheduled for Oct. 19.
In the hourlong event set for 2 p.m. Eastern, the agency is planning to “demonstrate its current systems and discuss potential enhancements.” The agenda also includes a section on data visualization, and MSHA stated it will provide an opportunity to look over its new fatality database and safety materials pages.
The webinar is “geared toward mine safety and health professionals and miners,” a press release from MSHA states.
