Curbing drug-impaired driving: Free online train-the-trainer course

San Diego — A new online course is aimed at preventing drug-impaired driving among commercial driver’s license holders.

The hourlong train-the-trainer course – developed by the University of California, San Diego’s Transportation Research and Education for Driver Safety – is intended to prepare safety professionals to deliver the Just Drive: Deliver Drug-Free curriculum.

The course’s featured topics include risks and consequences of driving while impaired by drugs, laws and testing procedures, and strategies to drive drug-free.

Registration is required to complete the course.
