“Joe is the subject matter expert for field safety personnel on questions regarding confined space, trenching and excavation, hot work, hazard communication, and crane safety. Joe listens intently to the concerns and questions from field personnel and provides solid, fact-based responses. Joe created a monthly hazard recognition focus for field employees to review. Each month, Joe developed a hazard slide deck that showed hidden hazards that were to be identified and discussed during employee safety meetings. He used different hazards each month so that our employees were aware of the various hazards that can be present in the work environment.”
