“Mathew rolled out various smart initiatives, one of which was to ?mitigate the working-at-height hazards involving lifeline anchorage systems. He considered best possible anchorage systems with close coordination with the engineering department and got various anchorage systems designed and third-party certified. Trainings and campaigns were held using lifeline and anchorage mock-ups to educate the workforce. Video presentations and physical demonstrations formed the main part of the trainings. With more interactive sessions and rehearsal sessions, the trainings became more interesting and productive in increasing the competency of the workforce.”
