Petzl’s vertical lifeline kits for workers at height are certified to meet the ANSI Z359.15 standard. The ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester will lock onto the RAY 11-millimeter rope, arresting the user and stopping the fall. An ASAP’SORBER energy absorber limits impact forces according to the user’s weight and fall distance. An ANSI Z359.15-compliant vertical lifeline system includes the RAY 11-mm rope, ASAP LOCK, Bm’D or OXAN triact-lock carabiner with CAPTIV positioning bars, and either a 20- or 40-centimeter AXESS ASAP’SORBER.
