MSDs seems to be a bad illness, I only have 2, questions. One, is this sickness contagious? or are people Born with this ? 2 ) In all work place how do all of the employee's help to protect the other's to keep the accidents from happening at the work place? What I am trying to ask is there a sign or something that is hanging up from the state and Federal Government. That everyone can be aware of what this is and how we are to protect them at work. Or is this the companies responsibility to give out information about this type of disability ? I am grateful that my company decided to share this information with us.

Safety has become a very important issue. Both on the job and off, I was wondering the posters and the signs, that could be put up at the work place. How much do they cost? I know that companies who can afford them should have them. But what about Small Business and Independent Contractors should they have some of these posters and signs rather they can afford them or not. Are they not expected to meet the same safety rules, as every other company that has people working for them. My reason, for me saying this is because I believe that there is a stronger chance that a Small Business and a Independent Contractor have a problem with a person having a problem with drinking, with drugs, stress, or any medical abuses. Should we not teach them, so that they will know all the information that we can give them. So that they can protect their business as well as their employees. I have not seen these posters in any small business here in Helena or a Independent Contractor with posters in his record books. I know that this is all my own opinion but I mean no harm, I think that it would be great if the little people in these business's be given all of this information so they can have the chance. To teach their employee's right way. Thank you.
