She produces the monthly Director’s LiveStream, two employee newsletters, two newsletters to external stakeholders, and 12 hazard bulletins/videos used across 41 HHD locations. Her campaigns increase participation such as leading indicators of 55-plus facility inspections and 100-plus work observations completed monthly and analyzed during committee meetings. Indicators show 95% to 98% safe findings and around 20 monthly near-miss reports.”
