Fire door inspection process
To address fire door deficiencies in various work settings, use this 13-point inspection and repair process to ensure compliance with NFPA 80 standards. The process assesses a range of potential issues, such as holes or openings in fire-rated door assembly, latching hardware failure, missing gasketing or silencers, and clearance issues. When hazards are identified, targeted repair services can be provided so that only the parts needed to meet compliance are replaced – keeping costs down.
