DOL renews charter for OSHA’s construction advisory committee

Washington — Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su has renewed the two-year charter for OSHA’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health.

According to a notice published on Oct. 23, the charter now runs through Nov. 4, 2026.

ACCSH advises the Department of Labor and OSHA on upcoming standards affecting the construction industry and “the administration of safety and health provisions” in the Construction Safety Act.

The committee’s next meeting is set for Oct. 30. ACCSH’s workgroups will provide reports during an Oct. 29 meeting.
