IES Safety LLC, the Gonzales, LA-based parent company of Industrial Emergency Services LLC, has acquired Health & Safety Sciences LLC in Louisville, KY. The move represents IES’ expansion into the industrial safety, emergency response and security services in the Midwest and the Ohio River Valley region. This acquisition allows IES to strengthen its industrial safety services offerings with industrial security services, while expanding its geographical footprint into HSS’ operating regions.
