Aaron has 18 years of experience as an environmental, health and safety expert, with 15 of those years in the oil and gas industry at Transocean Ltd. in Southeast Asia and South America.

His transition to the steel industry started three years ago, first with TMS Calvert as the safety manager and the past two years at Outokumpu with a promotion to safety manager.
