Rob Willis has been in the fall protection industry for more than 15 years with MSA. A mechanical engineer with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, he has spent a majority of his time working in new product development, designing fall protection personal protective equipment. Rob has developed all major parts of a fall protection system, from harnesses to anchorage connectors, with one area of focus being end user centric point of view. He has been attending the ISEA and ANSI Z359 fall protection meetings since 2011, contributing to multiple standards, and recently has been the vice chair of ANSI Z359.11 harnesses.
