Brian McCauley is the business leader, electrical safety, for Salisbury Assessment Solutions, a division of Honeywell Safety Products. In his role, McCauley oversees business in an emerging market as more and more customers seek solutions to NFPA 70E compliance for their electrical safety needs.
Salisbury was acquired by Honeywell in 2008 and has continued to flourish ever since. Salisbury by Honeywell is the industry leader in electrical safety equipment, has 2 factories in the U.S. and employs roughly 450employees.
McCauley has been with Salisbury by Honeywell for 10 years and began his career with Salisbury as a regional sales manager in Texas. He then moved on to implement a national accounts division for Salisbury in 2006, which had remarkable growth in the three years he ran it. Over the past 10 years, McCauley has seen a major change in the market regarding compliance needs for electrical safety, and it has become apparent that each customer has their own electrical safety needs. McCauley feels that each and every day, Salisbury's products and services are helping make a difference in the lives of electrical workers around the world.
McCauley resides with his wife, Laura, and their 2 daughters in Frisco, TX. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas Tech University (class of 1998) and completed his MBA in 2013 from North Central College in Illinois.
