With more than 27 years of experience in the field, she’s led significant improvement initiatives, strengthening EHS project requirements, and minimizing environmental and occupational health risks for employees globally. Lidia's expertise includes creating and inspecting ESH programs; implementing safety processes; and ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, federal, state and local regulations. She brings a comprehensive background in EHS management and holds a bachelor’s in environment safety and occupational health from California State University, Northridge.
