In 2018, she joined a software vendor, leveraging her industry and technical expertise to support Fortune 500 companies across sectors including the federal government, retail, manufacturing, oil and gas, and automotive in maximizing the value of EHS software. Since 2022, Cyndale has served as the Digital EHS&S COE leader at Arcadis, strategically deploying EHSQ solutions to help organizations create safe, sustainable and healthy workplaces.


Pamala Bobbitt Pamala Bobbitt, Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Solutions, Ideagen

With more than 12 years of executive experience in EHS technology, including Verdantix, Pamala specializes in software solutions that enhance safety programs and drive measurable improvements.
