Galen Cooter “In 2009 and again in 2014, Galen led overhauls of the risk assessment process in the global SH&E account he managed. The new risk assessment methodology quantified the ‘residual risk’ associated with a specific task after controls were put into place to better characterize risk for our employees. The result of this effort was increased employee engagement in the process, measured by 1.5 million hours worked injury-free.” |
