Carolyn Gomez “Carolyn identified that the poor lighting in the Ontario warehouse was a potential safety hazard for the constant forklift traffic and order pickers. She proactively recommended that the lighting be replaced and was instrumental through her research, wise use of contractors and presentations in getting new lighting for the warehouse. It is motion-sensitive and uses much more efficient bulbs and ballasts resulting in electrical/energy savings as well as providing better targeted lighting for our employees, reducing the potential for forklift and walking/working surface incidents.” |
