Signs of culture change became evident weeks after the transition from a regulatory compliance and enforcement program to an employee-focused integration. Employee ownership was established by Aaron gaining direct employee involvement in activities such as creation of risk assessments of every definable feature of work and creating position and activity hazard analyses, which focused on risk, training, certifications and licensing requirements.”
